My vehicle was given a price for sale before they had completed the repairs necessary. Apparently repairs took three days, when I was told to it should be done in one day. It would appear they found a lot of repairs that needed to be completed to make it legally ready to sell. Only problem is, the vehicle needs new shocks and the brake pedal is almost to the floor giving lousy stopping ability. No detailing was completed on the exterior and the interior was sprayed with something akin to Armor-all was sprayed on the interior but not gone over with a cloth. When I called about these issues a very aggressive and overbearing supervisor told be to bring it in. After hearing his aggressiveness I was afraid to bring it in.
Excellent experience, I have purchased many vehicles both new and used and have to say that the group in Wolcott are great. My wife and I walked in to look at one vehicle and couldn't beat the price. So we purchased two! Many thanks to Adam, Noah, Scott and the rest for making everything seamless, from the trades we had, up to delivery. I purchased a 2013 Avalon. I was a little skeptical at first; however, the salesman, Tony G., was extremely accommodating, and helpful. I got a very good deal on the vehicle. But price is not the only thing. A few days after delivery, the brakes were pulsating. I called Tony, and within a day, I was at the shop. Service manager, Jerry, took care of it and replaced the front rotors and pads. Drives like a dream. Could not be happier with the experience-before and after the sale. So far, so good. You can purchase with confidence.
